Our company Shazil Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is well-known name in the rapidly growing Plastic Waste Recycling industry of Pakistan. We are professional processor, manufacturer and exporters of "Pet Bottle Flakes" from Karachi, Pakistan. Our company is a textile based company established in 1985 handling diversified products. We started our Pet flakes factory in 1999 and since than we have grown gradually. We are now equipped with most modern automation machineries imported from China for crushing, hot washing and drying our Pet Flakes.

We are registered AQSIQ company. Our current production capacity has increased to more than 1200Mts / Month. We export 100% as raw material for the PSF & Pet Strapping producers in China.

Pet Bottle Flakes: Washed & dried, without rings and labels

PVC Content: < 0.05%.

Other non pet impurities: <0.5%.

Moisture: < 2%.

Flake Size: 15mm (average)

Washing: 2 times

Packing: In new PP Woven bags printed with our company's name.

Loading: 23-24Mts/40' HC FCL
